  Went to wickes glossop branch on friday night to purchase some fence panels when i got to the till to pay i had printed of a voucher which clearly stated wickes name on it 10% off if i spent over a £100 pounds it said on the voucher present this at the till to receive discount the young lad on the till did not know how to reduce on the till so he called the manger straight away very arrogant with me said i could not use it as it was not on there system but quite clear it said it all on the voucher but know he new it all he would not take it so i left after an hour of my time gone i went to stockport branch saturday night got the same products presented the voucher at the till the young girl straight away deducted the 10% so what an idiot he was in glossop so the moral of this is to avoid the glossop branch as there so called manager has no idea. Glen Smith After i spoke to a proper manger regarding this he apologise and as a gesture of good will they sent me a voucher out.
